%X This study aimed to use geotchnologies to the mapping of land use and cover in the Rio Pardo - SP Watershed, in addition to map and identify the conflict of use in permanent protection areas. It makes border with the municipalities Pardinho and Botucatu, occupies an area of 153.71km2. It was used digital satellite images from CCD/CBERS-2, resolution of 20 meters, path/ row: 156/126, passage of 30/07/2008. The land use and covering map was generated from the classification supervised for MAXVER; the PPA had been made in the Autodesk Map to generate the buffer of 30m for each side of all draining net; the map of land use conflict areas in the PPA was carried through by the overlapping of the land use and covering map with the PPA map. With the mapping of land use conflict areas found that over 50% of the area is under human activities, and it was developed in areas legally protected by environmental legislation.
